  Pakistani superstar Shaan has criticized PTV for airing the popular Turkish drama "Ertugrul Ghazi" in Pakistan.

 

On the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Turkish drama "Ertugrul Ghazi" has been dubbed in Urdu and is being aired on Pakistani state television from the first of Ramadan. This drama has not only broken the records of popularity with its first episode but has also become a favorite drama of Pakistanis.

 Senator Faisal Javed, while sharing the YouTube link of "Ertugrul Ghazi" on Twitter, had said that the drama is being aired on YouTube in collaboration with PTV and Turkish channel TRT. The actor had responded to Faisal Javed's tweet by saying, "Try to find our history and our heroes."

 

 On this critical tweet of Shaan, many social media users came out in support of "Ertugrul Ghazi" and criticized Shaan, saying that our history is full of luxuries of the Mughal Empire while the struggle for independence and creation of Pakistan is enough.
